Default Vq35de engine install-got it in but now is smoking and making a weird noise

So I just got my engine in the other day I was adding the needed liquids, after doing so I started the car up to see how it sounds, it started to smoke near the valve cover on the passenger side, when I went under the car I saw a little drip of oil hanging on the back side of the valve cover, also for some reason my fan is not working even though I plugged in, also my transmission is making a weird noise, the noise goes away when I engage the clutch, idk what to do at this point pls help

More info on this would help, new engine, used engine, who did the install and what was replaced or changed over?
Smoke is likely an oil leak caused by a failed valve cover gasket.
Fan is tough to say but could be as simple as a fuse or relay, need more info on that.
Trans noise is likely due to a clutch/pressure plate issue or misalignment, possibly a pilot bearing issue.

Yeah so it was a used jdm engine, after doing some research regarding the tranny some say it’s flywheel chatter, since I put a after market flywheel and clutch in, but I’m not sure about that, Also forgot to mention but the engine also had a blown head gasket and/or needed a new water pump
