leo81 - It doesnt come with the relocation kit but it shoudl have instructions for installation.

whats the average gain to the wheels with the evo2 evo2 exhaust with the helix test pipes? i saw 12 hp on the front page but wasn't sure if that was just for the test pipes and would expect more with test pipes and exhaust. and how much for picked up

12-15hp is about the gain you will see with the test pipes and catback.
