Well I just installed my Metallic HFC’s today. I have a 06 w/ Nismo Catback, MREV2, the normal bolt on’s.
It sounds about normal till you step on it. Then you here it. There is a little Rasp at around 3500. Not bad. I am sure that will decrees once they get broke in.
Over all I am very pleased with them. The install was a snap. I only had one issue. For some reason Nissan over tightened the WB’s. so it took some effort to get them out. I also ended up removing the Y-pipe to make it easer. That’s the way to go. The Fitment was dead on. I wish I had taken Photos.
The Cats came with all the bolts you needed to install them. I wish they would sell them w/ the needed gaskets. That would be great. Maybe Berk will add them.
