Since I added a Vortech to my car I've been wanting to get rid of my UR pulley, my question is this damper the stock diameter or is it different.

The ATI damper is a little bit larger diameter over stock.

Enough to reduce boost and need a different belt? Or is it negligible and there for no change?

Yeah, minor changes in diameter will make a large difference in boost pressure. I havent tested, so I can't tell you exactly how it will effect boost.
