whats the difference with the old turbos and the new ones in this kit? What kind of performance difference can be seen?

The old style turbo has a ball bearing while the new one has a thrust bearing center section. The power is the same.

I would say for everyting out of the door will be around $13k. Shipping from California to Forged is a little bit expensive $1200-1800 in a open trailer.
