________ARK Performance Inc. 350z Grip v2 exhaust w/ high flow X pipe________
#51
Couple questions I've been meaning to ask Alex. I picked my exhaust up back in May/June time frame if I recall correctly. You said you fixed the tips in V2, what exactly was wrong with them and when did you start shipping out V2?
Also, what kind of flex pipes do you guys use? I understand the exhaust system is designed around the factory cats, but I'm running AAM TPs and i get a hiss from the flex pipes when I'm decelerating between 3k to 2k RPMs. I think its just flowing too fast through the flex pipes without the restrictive cats on.
Thanks,
Donovan

Reinforced Welding, to show quality, durability, and craftsmenship.
Nothing wrong with the welds on v1, although we had them reinforced to
for Tuned N/a, and foced Induction. Also v2 tips are fixed and confirmed,
no adjustments needed during install.
We use our signature ARK Flex Pipes. Yes we did design our grip exhaust around the OEM cats. We actually get calls everyday in regards to a very very loud hissing when installed with TP's that eliminate your factory cats. That is more than normal, and you are not the only one. Just by experience, the hissing will ease up slightly when used with A HFC.
I believe producing a Hissless, raspless HFC is in order..
If you have any other questions. Feel free to give us a call. Thanks
