Up to about 450-475 Rwhp with the stock bolts
500-550 Rwhp with added L19 Head studs

im at 450 on the stock block 178k miles and turbo on since 93k miles, motor runs strong and good but worry any day it might boom on me cause the high mielage, what would be needed to make it reliable up to the 800 range

You are definitely pushing the limits of the stock rods. They are the weak point in the stock motor.
For 800 I would recommend the Stage 2 long block package with the JWT C2 Cams and add the ARP L19 Head studs
