I just unloaded my Motordyne and picked up one of these Tomei exhausts for my Z.
The weight savings alone was worth the swap as it's easily half the weight.
I can get it to you for $1025 shipped.
If you want the full cat-back, $1641 shipped.

You could keep the XYZ, buy the add-on straight pipe, high flow cat, or resonator, then get the exhaust minus the Y pipe.
