Default Garrett GT3582r, CJ Motorsports Fuelrails, Haltech Platinum pro

Genuine Garrett GT3582r with .82 turbine housing, CJ Motorsport version 1 fuelrails, and Haltech Platinum pro (redbox) with 2 wideband controller. I got the turbo with the Powerlab kit, it made ~510whp with full boost at 3500rpms. Smoke free with zero turbine play. It has ~7000-8000 miles on it and sounds great. Easily upgradable to gen 2 billet wheel and compressor housing. Turbo sold.. Fuelrails:$225 shipped. Haltech: $625 shipped.

It has the same features as the older silver platinum pro. It is a "semi stand alone" that controls all engine functions (fuel, timing, boost, etc). It keeps the stock ecu for OBD2 control.

The down pipe would have to be mod to a 3 inch diameter with 4 bolt garrett flange. The turbonetics is an 2.5 inch downpipe from what I understand. If it is an 3 inch downpipe it should be a direct bolton.

Didn't the platinum series come AFTER the redbox? I think they refer to these 'types' of ecus 'piggybacks'?? still a deal at $650

free bump!

Redbox >silverbox>Platinum Pro Plug-In Series. The redbox and silverbox have the same electronics just different outer case. I think of a UTEC as a "piggyback" because it does control some of the timing and fuel mapping. I would consider the redbox more of a "semi standalone" because it handles all of the control/ tuning for boost, fuel, timing, etc but leaves the stock ecu to control the can functions/OBD2. The latest model is a "full standalone" because it controls all engine functions and deletes the stock ECU.
Thanks for the bump.

^potato pototo ... but it still routes through the OEM ECU - I guess what I'm saying is don't advertise it as a standalone when it's not...just saying...

Then yes it is a piggyback. I was not trying to fool anyone. Hopefully people will do their due diligence before purchase.
I am very willing to help with any item for sale.
