I'll be making the trip to the Nurburgring on Sunday, September 1st (hopefully it's open that day). This is my first time there. I'm just looking for some general tips and tricks to avoid any headaches on my trip.

Not going to set any records, just going to experience it for the first time. If it takes me 30 minutes to lap the ring, oh well.

For all the people that have been to the ring, please chime in. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Bump. Anyone stationed in Ramstein? Looking for some cheap places to stay. For whatever reason, the base lodge won't let me reserve a room until 3 days prior to my arrival. Sucks. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Not really sure about cheap places to stay.....I stayed @ Hotel Europa...but I wouldn't say that's cheap.
