Finalizing now, will take a while for youtube to clear it. Id say about 1 hour. Starts with twisties, some music, then the runs @ the end. I couldnt use the minicam footage, cuz Joe Dl'd the vids on his laptop so I dont have them now. Later I wanna do a just us on backroads version with the vid from the other camera, this is a quick version

Anyone know why we can't just pay and then download the the High Res version? Having them mail you a CD is quite lame. Here's one of the pics I'm interested in. And $5 to mail one CD (that you have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for) that's pushing it.

Very nicely done video! The rear view camera gives it a bit of justice on the speeds you guys were carrying. Great job!

 

Thanks a lot man... If you can remember I was the guy drooling over your Z at the Hellbender gas station Saturday. I told you I had the same chase cam setup...

We learned a lot being out with the cameras for the first time.. The bullet camera is not good for more than 10 feet, so it will be a speed/tach cam next year. Also, changing tapes is a hassle! Changing 3 tapes at once and marking scenes is a challenge while driving the dragon!

And I plan on having a seperate mic just for the engine... people talking in the cabin sucks to edit!

 

Oh yeah! I remeber you. Good vid, you really have to mess around a bit to find out the good angles

 

What happen to the Video?

 

We spent 3 hours adjusting and reviewing the bullet camera Friday morning... The only way to review the angle and focus was to record a few seconds, then put the DVD in a laptop, and because the disc was not finalized each time, it took about 3-4 mins each time we made an adjustment. We were the last group to leave at 12:40 so we just let it ride without really checking the last focus.

Interestingly enough, we were the last to leave for the poker run, yet we were one of the first groups back to the dam? I think there were about 20 cars in front of me.
