FS: Apexi PS Revolution Exhaust $600 shipped
Used for 35k mi. I am the original owner. Has been rewelded where one of the hangers cracked. Needs a hairline crack welded on the mid pipe (not leaking yet). One of the bolts on the valve adjustment pipe stripped off, but has never been a problem since the pipe bolts up with 4 bolts. Pretty rare exhaust, sells new for ~$1500 (http://www.hopupracing.com/niweststex35.html). I have honestly only seen one another 350z with this exhaust anywhere. It has a mechanical valve in the muffler that you can increase or decrease spring pressure on with the adjustment tool shown. It was a really cool product when it came out, but the price put it out of reach for most people.
Its been used and enjoyed for many miles. Still has many enjoyable miles left in it. Price: $600 shipped to lower 48

I would think so, I don't think anything is different from the y-pipe back between the DE, RevUp, and HR on the 350z models.
The adjustment tool sets the spring pressure on the internal valve. Less pressure = valve opens earlier, exhaust is fully open at lower RPM. More pressure = valve opens later, exhaust doesn't fully open until higher RPM.
