Sold my Z recently so have these laying around storage. It was bought and installed in 2014 and put less than 10k miles on them. These are the V3 versions with the brackets on them for the DE engine.
Asides from the usual scrapes and discoloration from heat, there are absolutely no issues with them (no dents or cracks). Selling for $395. I'm in NYC and local meetup is preferred but will ship at buyer's expense.
