That is freakin sweet. How much does a paint job like that go for? They're doing a really nice job.

thanks fellas...

i've contemplated overlays, but for now we'll stick with the stock headlights. adding overlays in the future will help keep the look of the car fresh and ever evolving

don't want to do everything all at once

final pics to be posted this weekend

Thats the same color I'm gonna paint my truck. I think everyone loves the lamborghini paints, when I told people I was painting my car lamborghini orange people thought it was gonna suck, until they saw the color in person .
Good job, that G is hot.

Some more…

Don’t mind the rear bumper support. I’m having that painted black so that it’s less obvious.

Last I left, there appears to be a small fitment issue on the front bumper. I’m hoping it just needs to be realigned. Final pictures will be posted on Saturday. Thanks for the positive comments so far. I’m extremely excited to get the car back tomorrow. Even decided to take a day off of work

"drsifu", Just dropped my car off and was able to see your car in person......AMAZING. Mine is the CS TRACK..... as a matter of fact I think I see my car in the background of one of your pics.

yeah...not planning on having the hood open at shows. got nothing really to show. i painted the covers just in case someone asks to open the hood. the covers will hopefully distract them from the gray engine bay

nd2spd - yeah, i saw your silver Z there. getting the front emblem shaved and some other goodies, right? looks good.

drsifu, what did you do to keep a dull black on the middle of the rear bumper, when i saw the first set of pics i was gonna suggest doing that technique... but i dont knwo what its called

i have a kit coming in in 2 weeks, and i have a few places i want to have a dull black or dark grey area like that, can you tell me how/ what they did or what to tell ths shop?

The color looks amazing on your G, its amazing!

hey nisco...

you'll laugh when i tell you, but all they did was mask off the appropriate areas and painted it black. no special technique.

they could choose to paint the area black, then mask it off and paint the rest of the bumper OR paint the bumper first and then mask off and paint that specific area black. they did the same for the front bumper.

pm me your email address and I can help you avoid some of the headaches I encountered.

you'll need to buy a universal fog light kit as well as verify ALL the parts you need were shipped in the box.

If I had a silver or black z before I painted mine orange I would of left the engine bay that color, but I was stupid for buying a blue Z so I had to paint the engine bay orange 2 because it didn't look right blue and the rest of the car orange I didn't think I was gonna paint my car a different color until I saw that damn orange lamborghini. That sucks! That color and bodykit you chosed is just right for your g35. I really want a g too now Damn it!!!
