Default Varis CF Intake Duct

Did anyone make the cut in the bumper themselves? If so, what did you use?

Thanks for the pic. I actually just completed it myself. I used a Dremel.

First I obviously applied the stencil, then some masking tape.

After that I used a Dremel to cut a rough pilot hole and sanded it to fit from there.

It fits quite well and I'm happy with it, except it doesn't quite contour perfectly to my bumper vertically. Close enough though.

Thanks for the input guys.

Anyone have the stencil only for the varis air duct? I just want to cut the hole in my bumper, dont need the cf duct...
But if I wanted to add the cf duct later, i want the cut to be right.

well i almost got this done yesterday at Performance Factory here in Orlando. But Jeremy was concerned about it not looking right since his car is black and mine is blue. I will prob just get the carbon fiber varis air duct...just wasn't looking forward to spending $200 on that simple thing!

I used a box cutter, applied my template and traced out the hole with a red pen. Took 5min to make the hole and the end result looks perfect.

Thanks man, the center caps are actually fender emblems which have been glued to the original cap. I did not need to cut these down in any way, the opening on the rims is the same size as the emblems. Looks like it was made like that and it does not stick out either
