Default Removing Rear Bumper

Does anyone know how to remove the rear bumper from the Z? I want to take it off and get it sold so I can get a kit.. I also am selling the side rockers and the front bumper. I want to get the Veilside V3 kit, so that means the angled tips on my SES exhaust must go as well.. So if your interested in any of those parts let me know. I also have the Double-Helix Down Pipes available..

Any help on finding a V3 kit, or removing the rear bumper would be great!! thanks
