AS far as im aware thats some custom piece axis had made for theyre car, no one else has this peice on their Z. The closest thing to that piece you can get would be a vielside V1 sides. Hope this helps..

The Tommy Kaira side is also somewhat similar.

its a side-diffuser. It helps channel the air flow to the rear brakes and reduce drag at the wheels. Doubt it really works with daily driving tho.

yeah i read about that in a magazine. They custom molded that onto the car. Its off of a porsche.
