Well, in case anybody IS interested in the shift boot, that redlinegoods place I emailed wrote back and told me they have a limited amount of burnt orange leather (enough for 4 sets) and they would make me a shift boot and e-brake boot (required that I buy them as a set) for $60 ($66 total shipped). So I ordered a set. That would leave 3 more possible sets if anyone else wants them.
