OK, at least that gives a direction. I really wanted a blue Z until I saw one up close. No offense to all the blue owners, it just wasn't what I wanted. Here's a blue Z that I really liked, and had this been the blue, I would have gotten it...

A few shots from various angles, one from far away (it looks pretty dark), and BTW, I totally jacvked the pictues from somewhere, and have no idea where exactly. I think it was posted here, my apologies to the owner/owner of the pictures.

Ohh, and ignore the wing and some of the body work (unless you like it). I'm not sure if I like all that (works on some levels), though I do like the gold contrast overall. Mostly look at the blue. It's low-key, dark and rich, etc.

I say a royal blue with some type of metalic flake. Something really subtile like a silver or light blue flake.

Im looking into a deep blue (maybe that BMW blue from the old M3s, the 95-99) and throw some heavy metallic flake into it, maybe even mix some colors. The flakes look really good and are not a very expensive addition to a paintjob.

I say a gold like top secret, perhaps a M3 blue (not smurph blue), dark candy blue or dark candy red like Mike's integra. Perhaps champion white off type r?
or if you wana be a poser hehehe, you can do a chamelion like paint off of a TVR from europe, i wish i had done that...

that blue z at the top is from apr racing. I believe they are the people that make the gt300 bodykit for the 7th gen toyota celica's. Just google 300gt celica and the website should pop up. It looks good, I think its a widebody though. Do a flip flop with a dark blue and red or something. Its both of the colors you like in one paint job. Ok, its a little more expensive than say a one color paint job, but it will be one of the best lookin z on the streets. Its ur car, and ur vibe so do wut u gotta do.

I doubt it, due to the way I keep my cars. But its just a hope(a expensive hope none the less). Good Luck RickDogg!
One more vote for the chameleon!

A color that is pretty rare on the roads is BMW's technoviolet used on the E36 m3. Pictures really don't do it justice, it looks pretty sick on a small sporty car. I agree with the advice above about pearl paints...the pearl really brings out the Z's fender flares when gleaming in the sunlight.
