Default Z Emblem on INGS+1 half trunk spoiler

I have an INGS half trunk spoiler and it looks kind of empty back there without any emblems or badges. So I was thinking at first about using the "Z" from the "350Z" that was on the hatch and centering it, but it looks kinda small...

So I bought a bigger Z (off the standard "kick plates"), but haven't put it on yet. Before I do, I wanted your opinions.

Here's the spoiler:

And here's someone elses spoiler with the small Z:

This is the bigger Z that I want to put on instead:

What do you guys think?

i say leave it without the emblem. If you do do the emblem, do the big one.

If I had to put an emblem on that setup, I'd pick the bigger one.

Yeah I may just leave it without any emblems for a little bit. I'll snap a few pix with nothing, and with both Z emblems. Maybe that will help.

If you can get your hands on it, grab the Tommy K Z emblem. If you happen to find a place to buy it please let me know... One of the memebers here has it on his super black Z. I'll try to find the pic again.

The TK emblem looks cool, but I think it is best suited for either SB or PPW. Although it probably also looks fine on SS, not sure it would fit on the spoiler.

Matt: here's a few pix of the ings spoiler

Can a INGS +1 Half Kit front bumper fit an Intercooler in its grill area?

It is only a lip that is on the stock front bumper. So it has the exact same opening.

Cool! And I guess you decided to keep the spoiler afterall, eh? Good move.

I really like that emblem, but I want to keep it clean in the back, which is why I want to go with just a single Z. How is the fitment of your emblem BTW? I would think it would be impossible to put the Fairlady Z script on the INGS spoiler, but your pix prove otherwise.

Thanks. The fitment is perfect after some minor modifications to the emblem. I shaved off the 3 metal stubs that were on the back of the emblem and used 3M automotive double sided tape instead. I used a sharp model knife to cut all the excessive tape which took the longest(took 1 1/2 hour). I then bent the emblem a little to fit with the contours of the wing.

I snapped a few pix to help decide. I kind of like it with nothing on there, but I also like the bigger Z emblem (it would be SLIGHTLY lower than in the pix...I just taped it on for an idea). Anyways, what do you guys think?

No Emblem:

Big Emblem:

Small Emblem:

What i've seen, and like... is the full "fairlady z" or "350z" mounted on the actual bumper just underneath the trunk line. The ings roadster car has it like this, but it also has the "ings+1" emblem on the other side and it looks really good because the Z's butt is really pretty high up.

And here's just the ings emblem:

I would go w/ the larger Z. However, would suggest changing your license plate frame to a plain one as the 2 "Z's" seems too much. Nice looking car....hope to see you here in Walnut one of this days....now I'll know that it's you.
