the blue is just about right on...he charges like 150 just to take em apart and change the reflectors...to have em painted too u gotta ask him...

 

he can do it in a day, it doesnt take him long at all

Is it sealed up tight and clean cuz I really want to do this but I'm spooked about the lights fogging up and getting some condensation up in the housing.

Yes, the lights are completely sealed. I guarantee that the lights will be completely sealed or I will reseal them for free.
