Default Nismo Version 2 Body Kit

Sorry if this is a repost. Have you seen the new Nismo Version 2 Body Kit, loosely based on the E-Tune Z in Japan? The front bumper is slightly longer than stock with an interesting grill, and they finally got the rear wing right. Check it out on Intensepower.com. I think it's an improvement!

As long as I remember, Type-E was designed by Nissan and described as long nose Z. And this S-Tune Version II kit is designed by Grand Turismo design team for Nismo (S-Tune Version I was designed by Grand Turismo design team also).

Also Nismo S-Tune GT (which has same body has Type-E) was using Type-E body so it has same bodykit but its not designed by Nismo.

Hopefully, I remember that correctly....

I'm thinking of the Vizage front bumper and the Ings long nose rear bumper. I love how it looks. I may do the long nose front bumper but I'll have to see if I need fog lights.

They are almost a must here. I drive an hour each way to/from work and go to work at 3am and on foggy mornings I'm glad I have fog lights but I'v never driven a car with HID's so If I don't need them I'm gonna get the full Ings long nose kit. I love how that looks.

Wow, I think this new Nismo kit looks fantastic. The one thing that's always bothered me about the OEM and original Nismo bumpers is that the grille is a huge rectangle. I LOVE the look with the sides slanting in towards the bottom, and the canards make it look very aggressive.

Somebody should get on with making a replica of the bumper and also of the wing, I think a lot of people would buy both in a heartbeat, including myself ; )

What is the practical point (if any) of the canards? Does it really add downforce? Since it's Nismo, I have to assume it is not just for looks, but that it was tested and showed some kind of results.
