where can i get this grille?

It's the stock grill with chrome door trim glued over the three horizontal slats that are in the middle. Do a search for chrome door trim or something similar and you will see a buch of posts for it. You can pick up the door edge trim pretty cheap and it's a nice mod that won't break the bank.
