Yep. He's got the Turbonetics ST in there too. I think it was the test car for the 5AT kit.

I thought I read somewhere that they use it for police functions to get attention from the younger crowd. I would really be surprised if it's seen actual service.

 

If I remember correctly that belongs to the Monterey, CA PD and it was a drug seizure vehicle.

 

i believe the car was confiscated (sp?) from a drug dealer, and is now used as a police car. i also think it has a 5AT Turbonetics Single Turbo... who knows i may be wrong, just trying to recall my memory.

Regarding this car...the info has been posted many times before. It is a cop car for the Monterry Park PD. It was the Turbonetics 5AT test car and is so equipped. If he does pull you over for street racing frst time he gives you what looks like a ticket but is actually a free pass to go run legally at Irwindale. Second time its your @ss.
