its the nismo kit looks like the jdm version not the us one...

thats what i thought also. BUT it almost looks like a carbon fibre pattern but im not sure... i dont think nismo has CF??

It isn't CF; the reflections are making it look that way to you. It is the JDM Nismo kit with the split front bumper.
