Problem with my local shop and my BRIDE seat

Guys i need some serious help.
About 3.5 months ago i have oredered a new Bride GIAS seat from a local shop here in Central Florida(Kissimmee). I will disclose the name soon enough. I have a feeling i won't get my seat or they are playing with people's money. I have ordered quite a few stuff from them. 2 months later after the wait for this seat they have told me the local distributor(MCD) cannot get the seat because of the price they charge. So the shop owner told me he will order from Lot USA. A month and a half goes by and no seat. I have called LOT USA a couple of times and these guys have told me they have not even received payment. I called and disclose this to the shop owner and he claims I WILL get my seat, i'm going to have to wait. He claimed a shipment will be arriving after the holidays and to call him after. I call him this week and his assistant says NO that they will get a shipment next month.
I am SICK of this. These guys tell me that they will not give me my money back on special orders and they are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL shop i have come accross. Help me out guys..

I know how you feel.
You don't want to cancel, and don't want to threaten. I wouldn't know what to do. If it was an I tem you can get anywhere. I would cancel and if they don't refund your money go to the bank or police. If you have a paper trail it will be easier. Make sure you can get the seat from another fendor first

Man!!! I am sorry to hear that. Get your money back and I can hook you up with the right people directly. That is why I hate dealing with the middle man, unless I have been doing business with them for years. At this point I just deal direct.
If Lot Usa, stated that they did not receive they order that company is probably screwing you. Anyways, are you getting the reclinable GIAS or the bucket? If you are interested in the bucket, I have a brand new one in black for 7 bills.

Rick man..If you can help me out this would be great. Let me tell you what I did today.
I called LOT today and spoke with the guy. It's difficult speaking with him due to he is Japanese and does not understand me sometimes. The shop will not return my money because the item is a special order. I told the fellow to call my shop and tell them that he cannot source the seat for me in order for the shop to return my money. Yet again i'm not sure if he understood me. Can you help me out Rick since i know you know them?

Although I know the guys from Lot USA, there is not much they can do about your order with the particular company you ordered from. I'd be a hard *** about them issuing you a refund.
there are a few things i can think of
one would be to use a friend with authority, lawyer cop whatev to go in and ask Qs and say they are under some sort of investigation. scare em a little.
another would be to intimidate them. walk in, cause a scene. look the dudes right in the eye and say give me my money loud n slow haha. so they get the point that your not joking around. tell them give me my money or the seat now. stop making excuses... etc etc. make sure the owner or man in charge is around or best would be for u to talk to him in person. without making threats, let them know your all business and pushing u over isnt going to work.

Why does it seem that people in the aftermarket buisness always do crap like this....thats not how you run a buisness and thats not how you stay in buisness...just kinda sucks when your going to buy parts and u dunno if you are going to get ripped off

That local shop is lying. It only takes 2mos to get those seats. I ordered mine(very first GIAS in the country
) ONly took 2 mos., as well as with those other people that ordered their GIAS thru me only took 2mos.
