Nope, 3 screws, pop lights out, unplug 2 plugs, tape small plug (not used) no other plug, pop back in, 3 screws back in, done. installation time = 10-15 minutes

Nice pics... I really want the 06 headlights because they eliminated the amber strip...
but they're sooooooooooooo expensive for what you get.

03-05 never had any amber in them.
06 lamps are far from expensive, they're very inexpensive.

I agree. After installing them i expected the to look better or do something cool like add 20hp, but hey live and learn.
