Default Greddy bodykit is in the bodyshop .............

and being painted.

Yup, I eventually decided and took the plunge.

This is the Japan Gredy bodykit. I am not sure if there is a difference between this kit and the one in the USA? Anybody have any idea? What was interesting was that the front lip was of a different material to the rear and sideskirts. I have never come across this before! I have read of this in the forum, but cannot remember where.

Anyway, by this time next week, it will be on the car and I will post up pics of her.

I am as happy as a pig in $hit.

What was the front lip?

The front lip I have got is real plastic and very flexible? Hence the reason why I asked if there was difference between the USA Greddy and the Jap Greddy Kit, if there is one at all!

Yep the original kit, as I know, is made from urethane which is very flexible, therefore resitant to most hits. I guess Greddy didnt find it necessary to make the other pieces urethane too.

I already hit my lip once in a very tight entrance of a parking lot against a curb, and just got a scratch, eventhough I thought it was destroy. So, thankfully, now I just have to repaint it, which was going to get done anyways do to a little missmatch in color and some chips.

We weell have a pretty similar car now

I also had the Greddy lip shatter on me after tapping a curb ever so lightly. Yeah the lip is made out of urethane but it did not withstand a little tap. Being that it's so flexible, you'd think it would hold up. Btw, "shattered" is a good way to describe it.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, this does not bode well for a land where speed humps are a very common occurance. No matter where ay go, you have them!

Cheers Scarface, Hopefully by Monday evening, I will round your place showing her off to ya!
