No they don't, but I'm not sure if they would or wouldn't, see I told the guy at the body shop NOT to let them touch the hatch because I don't really like that. And as for the wiper, I don't know what it's supposed to look like, but it is going to be removed today anyways, so whatever.

The wiper should be vertical up the side of the rear window at rest. If that's the resting positon on your car and you didn't turn the car off in mid sweep, DON'T turn it on! That happened to someone else who just bought their car used and they didn't know how it should sit and when they turned it on, the wiper scraped accross the rear deck and spoiler. Sounds like the wiper arm was removed and put back in the wrong position. No biggie if you're taking it off, just don't try to use it.
As for the spoiler, I don't really see how a shop could alter a CF wing so that it didn't touch if it was meant to, so it likely was designed to replicate the USDM Nismo wing. The JDM one's tips are molded so that they fit up against the hatch; a look a prefer over them hanging out in space. Still looks good on your car, though; can't really go wrong with either.

yeah i honestly wasnt sure what it was supposed to replicate, but now i know, usdm. and now the wiper is officially off so that's taken care of, i am extremely happy with the look now, its just what i wanted. the CF really accents the spoiler well.

The JDM wing has a wide base (covers all holes from stock spoiler if you swap out) and the tips touch the hatch. USDM version has narrower base (does not cover all holes) and tips do not touch hatch. The one pictured here actually looks like a hybrid b/c it looks to have the wider base.

yeah i can see how it would look good that way too, but my goal was to have a spoiler that did not give my car the two-tone black/cf look, instead i wanted you to be able to look at the car and say wow thats a pretty looking black Z, then go up to the spoiler and say whoah...cf....nice little accent
if the wing was cf and the base was black, it'd be the opposite
BUT i initally wanted it all CF, so i totally see how that would look good if you like that color scheme, to each his own!
