New interior panels (or '06+ interior)?

Does anyone make replacement interior panels (instead of stick on stuff) for a Z? The interior is a bit bland and I was wanting to spice it up, but stick on stuff just looks so cheap. Also, what about the door in the center console area? Anyone replace that?

Or how about the 06 interior bits (new area around the shifter and such)? Are those possible to swap in?
