Question Pics of Z's with dark chrome badges?

I am leaning towards fitting dark chrome Nissan badges front and rear on my redline when im fitting my new bodykit and wing, though the badge looks like it could be very nice its as usual very hard to tell without seeing it on a car, so far i havent seen any Z's with this kind of badge on...

So i was hoping you might have seen some , could you please post some pics of "shadow chrome" badged Z's?

These badges are sold by courtesy parts: http://www.courtesyparts.com/350z/emblems.html

Thanks!

/Roger

i took the black off of mine so they were the same color and finish as the door handle. basically just like thosr badges you are talking about but lighter.

they looked really cool and classy but i soon noticed that from far away you couldnt see the Z and it kinda looked like a big quarter on the side of your car. i grew tired of it and bought some carbon fober style inserts to bring the contrast back.

these shadow chrome one do look really good but the onyl draw back is from a few feet away you cant make out the Z
I was thinking about the front and rear badges, not the side ones. Though thanks for that experience feedback on the sides as well as i was also concidering those. I guess the ideal side badges would be dark chrome with the black backround.

The ones im thinking about primarily are the ones on the top of the courtesy emblem page, identical to the "Nissan" stock front and rear badges though in dark chrome instead of clear chrome.

I would prefer having "Z" badges, but i dont like the way they "point out" in the centre...

Huh, I haven't seen those until now, but I would bet they look great on MB, SB, and SS for sure, and prolly still look pretty good on the rest of the spectrum. I gotta business trip this week but who knows, I'm seriously considering being your guinea pig next weekend.

Ok cool, go for it I think they will be nicer then stock on any color and give that little extra subtle personal touch to it.

Keep me updated if you decide to get them!

That does look nice! And you loose that chromy look completly, thats perfect!

Would be great if you could post a few more shots to get an even better understanding how they look.

Im also going with a lot of CF details on my car and as humanly little chrome as possible so these will clearly help to achive that.

Thanks

I was also planning on putting these on my MB 06, but 150.00 in badges... kind of a lot money for that.
