Wing mounting in Spoiler Holes?

Wing mounting in Spoiler Holes?
Was looking at a full functioning wing (downforce to the rear wheels) for my Z. Looks like either:
Ings+1 Z-power Wing high mount
or
Top Secret GT Carbon fiber wing
I have a stock spoiler on my car and if I get the wing, can either one use the mounting holes that the spoiler uses so I don't have to fill them in.
