I am thinking double-sided tape. I am thinking of purchasing this duct and installing on my new KurumaZ bumper with double-sided tape. Should give a nice clean look without screws/rivets showing.

 

It might stick out too much by just using the double side tape. With screws or rivet, the sides stay down more flat with the bumper surface. - Jay

 

Liquid nails and velcro, something. Where there's a will there's a way.
