It seems like lately when I leave the car and set the controls to AUTO and the temp to 75-80 when I start the car the cabin never warms up. No air cold or hot seems to blow from the vents. If I switch the controls to anything other than Auto it seems to work ok. Anyone else experience this? If so what was the fix.

 

Could it be that your interior is already 75-80 therefore there is no need for the fan to kick in?

 

I had the same problem when a little bit of coffee spilled on the ****. Shorted out the control on the ecu. Broght it to dealer but he could never find a problem. Swapped out ecu and worked after.
