just too bad that none of the vendor in the US has the rear bumper for Strosek and ready to ship out.

 

i bought some ings fenders from them. The guy that was helping me out seemed pretty clueless.

1)when i asked him for the bars that go across the hole section, he didnt know what I was talking about.
2)he went to check and finally came out with some in a plastic bag.
3)I asked him how to apply these bars? and he said that you just stick them on with tape. ..................? I realized after I drove home that day that they "forgot" to give me the screws used to apply the bars. They didn't even know there were screws. They had to mail to me the 4 screws.
4)He sent me on my way without asking for payment because he just didn't know what he was doing, lol. Of course, i paid cuz i'm an honest man.

thats just what i got out of buying from them in person. Over the phone though, they seemed very professional.

deal with ben or roe. i know they recently expanded their staff and hired new people. hopefully they got some people that know what they are talking about

yo bubble u got any german speaking friends??? u can probably order direct from strosek. or perhaps send them an e-mail. alot of the times somebody will speak english on the other end and respond to e-mail. its worked with japanese shops before
