Reason being because the person in front of you looking in their rear view mirror it will read

Don't know how sensitive the moderators are in here LOL
The reason I know about it because somebody in CA actually had that plate for a while before DMV caught on.

One of the programmers here changed my plates to this in our test server, really funny when I brought up my account during a demo in front of our bosses...
