So about a month ago, i ordered some vertex replica side skirts from Shine auto. They came in, i had em painted and put them on. Well, my driverside skirt didnt fit too well. When i posted up the pix, and my gripe about the driver side peice (i wasnt really complaining, more like a review)... Ken, at shine auto contacted me through PM trying to resolve the problem right away. He test fitted one of the peices on their car, and noticed the problem i was having. He then sent me a new peice, FREE of charge or shipping. I have to praise Ken at shine auto for the EXCELLENT customer service. Ive never dealt with any company, especially online that was this great at resolving the issue, albeit a small one. Just had to share it with everyone. thanks ken!
