Yes, if fitment and quality was great and at that price, I would definitely be interested.

Same as above, and I am willing to put down a deposit if we decide to start a group buy.

Being said that rumor has it the kit is no longer in production and at that price for the replica you really can't beat it.
You know I'm down

well, if 5 more people are down to put a deposit (and of course the 5 that mentioned they would actually follow through) then we can make some progress

It's in the first post.

$300 deposit, this is for the whole kit.
I don't know how it would work for per piece orders, but if you can put a deposit of $300 it would basically cover the price of the piece

Jun contacted us to do this because it IS an extremely rare kit. The cheap price is only for those that helped make it happen. The retail will be much higher, so not EVERYONE will have it. Also, it will be in hybrid FRP, not regular FRP.

What exactly is Hybrid FRP and how does it differ from regular FRP?
Also can Polly-urethane be done and if so will it be more expensive?

I believe Hybrid FRP is more flexible, as you can see in the pictures from the ebay auction, they can basically twist the kit around without breaking. So that means that you have less of a chance of cracking the lip if you hit something with hybrid FRP, rather than having a regular fiberglass kit.

I guess it would be comparable to polyurethane?

If you purchase the kit you can always take a dremel tool and cut it out your self.
