^^he does offer a refund if it doesn't fit 100%. Go ahead and return it.

Althought, I'm betting it's already painted, huh?

EDIT: that's 3 people so far then...don't forget Maximumsportz (and the other guy in the link I provided earlier probably has the same bumper that Nissanblack350z is now selling...)

Dun dun dun..... LOL

I dunno..but with all these replicas surfacing it makes me not even want a kit. The whole point of the kit is to be original...can't do that if everyone has it.

I'm not sure if you can fix it since it's supposedly urethane. But hopefully you can. Good luck!

Hey guys, I also bought the same bumper from the same guy... right now my car is in the shop as we speak and if all goes good I should get it back tomorrow.

It did have a few small gaps, but it wasn't all that bad as some of you make it out to be, maybe my mold is a little better? My bodyshop said they can work with it so we'll see how well it comes out.

As soon as it comes out I will have pictures.

Hahah...especially for a polyurethane replica. A PU replica has to be 99.99% perfect since there's no real way to modify it. At least if you buy a fiberglass replica, there's SOME hope...but in SOME cases it's probably not worth the $$ to modify a replica fiberglass kit either, unless you have hook-ups at a body shop since you keep going back there with a new kit several times a year!

(yes Bubble, I'm going to put you down as an exception )

Ok I just spoke to Jeff who is with the same company that sold the Ings-Nspec replica bumpers in urethane...he said it was most likely the bodyshop that didn't install it correctly. I told him it wasn't only me with bad fitment but other ppl online have bad fitment as well and he still persisted that its most likely an issue with the bodyshop. Anyhow he said for me to bring the car over to the factory and that they would try to get it to fit correctly. And he also mentioned that if the bumper did not fit correctly he would replace it and give me a new bumper.

Do you have pix of the bumper on your car? Yours may be better, but from the pix you posted in the other thread, it seemed like the bumper I saw in other pix. Also, how can your mold be better, isn't urethane supposed to be exactly the same each time??

But in any case, hopefully your bodyshop can repair it.

Where is this production factory located? Is it anywhere near Brea, CA? It will be very interesting if it is! (he never answered my question about this...)

EDIT: As Bubble said, very generous of him to offer you a new bumper if it doesn't fit.

I've heard good things on the Ings replicas but no Vertex replicas have good reviews. I have heard some good things on the company that makes the half Vertex kit on this site though? I thought about replicas and decided in the end it's just too much money too risk on the Vertex Full Kit.
