Default Help! My body shop is screwing with me!

Hey,

I am new here so Hi.

Well I am getting my z back and I looked at the rear hatch and it is setting a about 1/8 over the rear bumper. My body shop is trying to say that this is normal. Is this? I don't think so! I need pictures upclose of the rear of of some 350Z's show them that they screwed up and that its not correct. PLEASE HELP! Unless of course this is normal. Below is a few pictures. Of before and after.
