hbenet im interested in the sparco milano (in tan)

ive heard different stories about losing the side+curtain airbags

can you confirm when u fit them if you lose the curtain airbags by disconnecting the side airbags? Also do you need some kind of harness across the sideairbag switch to stop the airbag light coming on the dash

im happy to trade my seat heaters if i know ill still have curtain airbags if some SUV t-bones me on the street

also where did you buy the from? Aus prices on the Sparco are like twice as much as US retail, so id have to ship a set myself

re the cf silver centre console, in that 8 page EVO-R thread, Jay posted a pic of a silver CF door barrel identical to the RSW part - im betting his new supplier is the same supplier as RSW

Hi TiPIACE, my understanding is that if you get the <NISMO Airbag Warning Removal Harness> it will close the loop so that the warning light goes off, leaving all airbags [front & courtain] still functional.

I am buying the seats from Performance Nissan, they are giving me a good deal.

Finally, I know what you mean regarding the EVO-R vs RSW pieces. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Hope this helps!

Sam,

Just get the nismo a/bag warning hardness canceller... I have those installed in my car and they are perfect! No a/bag light at all!

You can get them from www.japanparts.com... too easy!

cheers,

richie
