Z Antenna Mod
Why buy the S2000 antenna when you can shorten the OEM Z antenna ?
All you need is two pair of vis-grips , razor , rag , and cutters.
1-Cut how much you want (I cut 7 inches off) of the OEM with the cutter (plier's)
2-use the razor and cut the plastic wrap below the tip of the antenna
3-take the rag and put it around the tip , grip the bottom end then with the 2nd pair of grip's grip around the rag over the tip lightly and pull
4-Take the same amount of black plastic wrap off of antenna (as you will see
when you get the tip off) with the razor by cutting around and pulling it off
5-Then take the tip and put it back on (it's tight so I tapped it on by tapping it on a hard surface on the rag untill it was flush with the plastic wrap.
Thats it it works just fine.
Hope this was not a repost

I got the wing form spoilerdirect.com
Not a bad idea actually... but the reason i went with the s2000 antenna was because i wanted the more stumpy look (like if you were to cut off the entire thin part of the oem antenna)... i hate the thin, floppy part of the oem one.
