Question 350z Hood scoop or vent Louvers

I found this on the web this morning, and i wanted to get peoples opinoun.
This would be a PPW in color. Should i get the Hood scoop or the Louvers, I need to know by monday witch way to go, because i would have it painted at the same time as my new bumber.

Sorry forgot to add the Non of the above.
As for the bumber i already bought it, just need to pick it up.

As i set here looking at the picture above, im leaning toward the louvers.
Ether one would be painted to match the PPW. So image them in white.

I beleave the louvers are functional, since there comment is that the hood has to be modified. Good good, need more feed back keep it coming.

P.S. I updated the bumber picture, to show what it is going to look like, when mine is done.

None please. Ive seen that car with that gay a$$ scoop at SEMA-it looks even worse in person, I actually threw up in my mouth some when I saw it, and iirc it wasnt functional....
