i actually HAD (past tense) a set of the chrome led ones on my 03 PPW coupe. so what if it looked like ----, it was something different & i got a few nods. more wierd looks, but still some nods. needless to say, after a few months, i put my stock lights back & called it a day.

 

The only replacement that should be made for the 350Z taillights is swapping out the 03-05 for the 06 taillights. Everything else will detract from the simple dynamic lines and shape of the car.

Those taillights: hideous.

I agree with them looking both good and bad... Could be nice on a black car, but they could have been better without some of the nasty details like the red rings around the main light...

What a coincidence, I saw these exact taillights on a DB Z on the freeway yesterday.

He was a complete ricer and he was doing about 110+ with light traffic. His car looked like **** mostly because of these tails. I thought I was going to see his *** pulled over for sure, but he got lucky I guess.

 

please dont put those on your car !!!! They look horrible and ricey as hell! But if u do get em have fun with that

Personally IMHO with the lack of options for taillights they could be worse. I like the chrome ones simply because they're not so.....red. I have clears everywhere on my silver Z and i wish i could find some nice tails that weren't so.....red.
