LSD Door Kit Images
I had a pm request for some images of the LSD Door Kit and could not attach them to my pm reply. Anyone know how to attach images to a pm? Anyways, here are some pic's, I will post a picture of the door fully opened on the horizontal plane tomorrow, my camera battery needs to charge.
Thanks,
Gary

Yes, you need to roll the inner fenders to make room for these hinges. The way I roll the fenders, which isn't really rolling is by cutting away the area which needs to be removed with tin-snips, which if you have good tin-snips leaves a very clean edge. I will post pics tomorrow of the fender where the modifications have been made. No paint work is needed if you are patient and do a good job.
This is not the easiest install, I wish I could say you could just bolt it right on and be done but, it takes some time and proper adjusting to get it right. When done properly though they are awesome.

We sell these kits and you heard right, they are the best kits for quality, fit-finish and function. Not to mention they are the only kit which gets crash tested and certified by Europe’s TUV standards.

Cool, I've been trying to find a dealer since I saw this kit at a show in TN, I'm interested in the pricing also.
Here's their website. http://lsd-doors.com/indexlsd.html

Retail is 2099.00, we sell them for $1875.00.
The shocks that come with the kit lift and hold up a stock door with no problem, they don't say how many lbs they are rated for. If you have added a bit of weight to your door with speakers or what ever else and the stock shocks were not strong enough, we could get you stronger shocks. Stock shock should work fine if most of your added weight is towards the front of the door so leverage is not magnifying it.

$1875.00, would have to get some quotes to ship to Dubai, Post Office probably would have best rate for that. You in the service out there?
Thanks,
Gary

Here are some more pic's. Note on the pic where you see inside the fender, both the top and bottom fender brackets still remain, bottom can not be seen as it is covered by the side skirt. The fender is still plenty strong if you push on the side of it even after the rolling.
The pictures of the door opened horizontally show how far it opens in that direction. Not as far as stock but still plenty to get in and out that way. With the door lifted vertically it is still easy to get in and out.
The pics from in front and above the door show the clearance of the hinge with fender and the door panels to the A-pillar. It's a tight fit but, this kit will not let any of these parts contact one another so your door panels do not get banged up and your paint on your fenders and doors won't get chipped.

Great looking kit. I think I could handle the install. I'll be contacting you soon, I don't mind the price if the quality is 100% and no mods need to be done to the inside door panel.
