Default Another Personal Touch *PICS*

So I was washing my car today and I decided to paint over the Nismo logo. Was thinking of putting a decal over it but didnt want to wait. I had my paint pens so I went at it. Took a little while and was a pain doing it on the ground upside down, would have been easier on the lift when I put it on. Applied the paint generously then cleaned it up so it looked neat. I think they should come like this! And a pic of my other cheesy painting.

The paint will peel off within a month due to heat.

I used the Nissan one. I put it all over the place being sure to work it into the grooves then used some q-tips with rubbing alcohol on them to clean it up. Thanks for the compliments

The exhaust mod is kinda tacky because it looks all messed up. Nice try though

That was before I cleaned it up, I put it all over the place then went back with a little plastic pick thingy and made the letters nicer you can tell the diff in the 2nd and 3rd pics. Thinking of a way to make it resist the heat better. Colored high-temp epoxy maybe? Or even some sheet metal cutouts to match the letters and epoxied on? Thatll be an interesting project while im on leave!
Heres a pic when I was done. I think if I wrap a flat screwdriver tip in a rag and dip it in alcohol it will clean it up a little bit more. Think Ill look into the sheet metal idea. I wasnt about to tape off the letters since I thought it might get worn off, but it looks good for the car behind me! Perhaps an "A" for effort?

Got the pen from www.courtesyparts.com, they have them under 350Z like $10 I think. First time Ive used it though! Was also thinking of filling in the dimples on all the Z's in red too. I do have alot of time on my hands sometimes I had to sit on my ship for 24 hrs on duty yesterday with nothing to do but think of things to do to my Z!

you should use the High heat paint, like you use for engine blocks. They have it is red and black.
