Default Front bumper with intake opening?

First off, yes I did do a search and I have even checked around on the net for what IM looking for....found nothing. Im looking for a new front bumper that has an inlet for the air intake system. I know about the C west one (dont like it) and I know about the Varis scoop.....but Ive seen a bumper that looked near stock but had a nicely molded inlet in the drivers side for the intake. Anyone know what make/model bumper this is and where I can get it?

Ya, that little hole. And it should help out quite a bit considering I have a Injen intake setup as a shortram. I dont want to do the full legnth on the Injen because it put the filet way too low for my liking. Granted here in AZ we dont get much rain but when we do it's sudden (meaning very little advance notice) and it comes down in buckets. A local member out here toasted her motor last August with the same intake. We had a big *** monsoon that dumped 3-4" of rain within 30 minutes. The roads were flooded. At the time I was driving my Tacoma with a 6" lift and I had water in this one stretch of street that was up to the bottom of my bumper...no ****. So I want to do a CAI but I want that inlet to allow cool air to flow to the filter as opposed to the hot engine air its suckin in now. With summer here (it was 104 today) I need all the fresh outside air I can get.

2 choices:

1. Get new bumper (like one of those) You will get LOTS of air.
2. Buy one of the "duct" stuff from ebay or vendor here. Around $120 something. Cut your OEM bumper and install it.
