Default CNC **** questions...

I'm thinking about purchasing a CNC **** from Forged Internals, but I had a few questions for current owners.

How exactly does the **** feel? Does it make it smoother? How smooth? I prefer a little notchiness in the shifter myself. Does it give it a crisp feel?

And as for the ****'s quality... i'd expect it to be pretty good to have all the positive reviews on it... is the **** pretty scratch resistant? seem durable? etc...

Thanks in advance.

Quality is great. Mine is not scratched after a few months of use but, I do not wear any rings so I cannot comment on that. I feel that is does make the shifter a little (very little) more notchy. I really like how the shift feels.

Now the down-side (IMO): The feel. I have fairly large hands and my first impression of the **** was that I could not get a comfortable grip on the ****. To me, it felt like I was grabbing the end of a stick. The **** is only about ~1.5" in diameter. After a few months I have been able to get used to it so overall, I like it.
