have a quick ? about "w" brace

my resonators are rubbing on the W brace under the car i have the borla td but i need to know if i can get rid of the W brace or if it would be bad to do that.

Bad idea. Instead, get some header wrap and wrap the portion of the exhaust that is banging and that will silence it.
