You can get it fixed. Just got to be aggessive. I was rear ended 2 years ago and last year I got my bumper repainted because it was starting to peel/crack. I know its a different situation but I had to fight for it. They tried to say I left the car in the sun all the time and also since I live near the ocean the salt and mositure in the air could have contributed to the pealing AKA wear and tear not associated with the quality of the paint job. I raised the BS flag and found a shop to back me up. Then I pounded the crap out of all the AAA people. In the end, I got it done again on insurance's tab by a better shop.
Was this paint job recent? Since it is a color match issue it might be more difficult to sway them if a lot of time has passed. If it was recent you can get it done for sure. If you're talking a few months you might have to come up with a good story why you didn't catch it right away. Good luck.

Here are more pictures that better illustrate what I'm talking about.
What do you all think? Is it really noticeable or am I noticing it too much cus it's my pride and joy and I love her?

I am putting the OEM bumper back on and need to get it painted as well, I am trying to find a reputable body shop that I can trust for good work. It is tough man, just got to try to get a good reference. I dont think that the color difference is really that noticable but after you pointed it out, i can definately tell, I would persue getting it re-painted.

you wont get a exact match w/o blending the paint onto other panels. blending tricks the eyes! ppw is one of the hardest colors do to being 3 stage paint. just a little variance w/ the pearl and whooola diff color.

And it looks very noticeable to me? your fenders and hood look real dull compared to the bumper.
for those that are off color, when you get a chance some day to respray again, use PPG brand paint, it will match with OEM even at a shoddy shop, the premixed paint is OEM spec color tone
A couple summers ago, after driving through the nasty aftermath of a cat 4 hurricane,my debris-scratched Z car got a cosmetic makeover.
Tree roots and branches and other sharp, nasty things had put thousands of scratches down both sides(and the roof )and driving over the ubiquitous junk on the road caused some minor body damage and wrinkled the metal around the rear passenger's wheel. The passenger's mirror was demolished as well.
Not wanting to disturb the Insurance gods,I paid for the repairs out of pocket. It cost me $1800 for everything--the metal repair, another mirror, rubdown and infill to disappear the deeper scratches, the LeMans paint and clearcoat, plus a new inner liner for the wheelwell. The body shop used Nissan factory paint, and the guy guaranteed that I would never notice where he had blended it.
Two years later,I still can't see any mismatched color,so I guess his guarantee was worthwhile.
